The 2023 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway

Only 13,000 tickets will be sold. In just two months, one lucky ticket buyer will win a brand new house, built by Nies Homes, valued at approximately $660,000.

For just $100, you can help save the life of a child with cancer and also have the chance to win a brand-new house, as well as other great prizes.

The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is a community service project to support the St. Jude mission – finding cures and saving children.

The campaign brings together local builder Nies Homes, its subcontractors, vendors and other campaign sponsors, who have graciously donated their labor, materials and services to this campaign.

This is the 8th Annual St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway in Wichita. The Wichita community has generously raised over $7 million for St. Jude in the past 7 years.

The first place prize is the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway house, built by Nies Homes, and located in The Trails at Freestone community near E 21st Street N and 143rd Street.

Only 13,000 tickets will be sold! One lucky winner WILL win a brand-new house, valued at an estimated $660,000!

▪ House features include an estimated 3,300 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a great room with gas fireplace and built-ins, owner’s suite with coffee bar entryway, large walk-in closet and laundry room attached, a full basement bar with island, large covered back patio and private beautifully landscaped backyard. The house will be available for tours in August.
