Ian Victims May Qualify for Property Tax Relief If Home Is Uninhabitable

There is additional aid available for Hurricane Ian & Nicole survivors and some might not even know this help is out there.

Many homeowners in Florida could qualify for a break on their 2022 property taxes, and could save hundreds or thousands for some.

If your home was rendered uninhabitable for 30 days or more after either storm, you could be eligible for a refund.

You have to file with the Department of Revenue Form DR-5001 by April 3rd.

More info in the video above.

Hopefully this info is helpful to someone!
