Four-day work weeks for the win!
According to a new international study, switching to a four-day workweek -- with no pay cut -- led to major improvements in employee well-being.
Researchers tracked nearly 3000 workers across 141 companies and found the employees reported:
- Better mental health
- Reduced burnout
- Improved sleep and physical health
The arrangement was also a win for the companies as productivity didn’t suffer. In fact, it often improved.
