Every July our small town of Pretty Prairie, Kansas hosts a four-day event that is attended by thousands of rodeo fans from all over the world.
The money raised by this event stays here in our community to provide scholarships to our high school seniors, help groups such as the Prairie Sunset Home, local food bank, scout troops, golf course, EMS, and our 4-H club.
Make plans to attend and experience it yourself!
Things to know:
The front gate opens at 6:00 each night with the performance starting at 8:00.
There is a dance after each performance. This is included with your rodeo ticket.
Once you enter the grounds, you may not leave and re-enter without a new ticket.
No outside food or drink is allowed on the grounds.
Wednesday and Thursday nights are Family Nights where kids 12 and under get in free with an adult. These nights all seats are general admission with the exception of the Southwest section.
Friday and Saturday nights - all seats are reserved. Children must have a ticket unless they are small enough to sit on your lap.
We are a PRCA rodeo and as such we are governed by their policies.
