Carrie Underwood Raises Over $100,000 For Charity In Nashville Concert

Carrie Underwood’s Easter Livestream was a success with the singer raising over $100,000 for Save The Children. Underwood performed songs from her recently released Gospel album and was joined by legendary Gospel singer, Cece Winans and NEEDTOBREATHE frontman Bear Rinehart.

The event was live-streamed via her Facebook page and was filmed at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. The performance will be available for 48 hours (until Tuesday evening) and was the catalyst to bring awareness to Save The Children’s efforts to make sure children all over the world grow up healthy, educated, and safe. Underwood’s album, “My Savior” features 13 songs that Carrie grew up singing in the church including, “Amazing Grace” and “O How I Love Jesus.”
