Amy's Pile: Brides Now Wanting Casual Wedding Dresses

The credit-rating agency Moody's downgraded David's Bridal, a 300-store chain selling wedding and bridesmaid dresses from negative to stable citing falling traffic and same-store sales over the past two years.

A study found that the average cost of a wedding in the US hit an all-time high of $35,329 in 2016. With these huge costs of weddings, brides are now looking for lower-priced, ready-to-wear wedding dresses.
